国际学院2011届本科毕业设计中期检查时间安排

1、 请按毕业设计手册和isubmit网站要求在2月25日前上传中期报告。（提醒：请不要忘记网上更新workplan）

2、 中期检查分为16组，时间为2月28日-3月3日。包括学生展示（ORAL）和教师反馈（FEEDBACK）两个环节。

3、 学生展示环节要求每组同学均提前15分钟到场，自行携带PPT等展示所需材料，把PPT拷贝到教室电脑上后在教室门口等候。展示环节包括5分钟讲述和1-2分钟的提问，要求全程使用英文的文字材料，讲述和回答问题均使用英语。

4、 反馈环节要求该组同学全部提前10分钟到场，教师会针对该组同学的工作进程和现场表现进行总结、反馈。

5、 指导教师不能参加所指导学生的中期检查。

6、 请大家提前确保PPT或其他展示材料的可播放性，以免影响中期报告得分。

7、 中期检查为5级分制，A+ A A- B C F

从以下三个方面进行评判

o Showing that the student understands the project

o The work being up-to-date with the workplan

o Showing that the student knows how to tackle the problems they have identified

评价标准请参考

A+ up to date with WP/good understanding of project/good forward thinking

A behind with WP/good understanding of project/good forward thinking

A- up to date with WP/basic understanding of project/basic forward thinking

B behind with WP/basic understanding/basic forward thinking

C behind WP/basic understanding/poor forward thinking

F behind WP/lack of understanding/lack of forward planning.
